Second time here and this might be my new favorite Thai in LA. The massaman curry is rich, pad see ew is standard, and the asparagus shrimp is light and delicious. Service is also great!

I was reminded of this restaurant after passing it last weekend. I ate here ages ago and am glad to have rediscovered it. I was happy with my fast delivery order of tom kha soup, topaz yellow curry, and silver noodles. The flavors were good and there were lots of ingredients. I liked the consistency and spice level of the curry. It had a lot of sauce and lots of pieces of potatoes and carrots. They were cooked well unlike some Thai restaurants that have hard potatoes in their curry. The silver noodles had subtle flavors but were still enjoyable. Overall, I liked the food and will add this restaurant to my rotation.

First time ordering from Thai Talay, and it was alright! I got the Pad See You, and it was pretty standard. It tasted just as I expected it to, so it didn't "wow" me, but it was a solid meal. Next time I'll try something else on the menu.

Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken, Shrimp, Crabmeat, Cashew Nuts, Eggs, and White and Green Onions. Pad See Ew with Flat Noodles, Chicken, Broccoli, and Egg. This last minute dinner decision was well worth the U-turn! Not only was the food well seasoned and freshly made, the ambiance was sophisticated, but approachable. The staff wasn't super attentive, but they also weren't rude.

I frequented this area for a lifetime and have never noticed this place. The first time, I happen to be in the area with the friend, and we decided to dine in. there is a small parking space in the back, so make sure you go around and drive slow. The area inside nice. You can have friends with you. Chill or enjoy happy hour at the bar area it is located by the front door. We entered from the back, which Is wear the restrooms are and found an open seat with ease. I ordered the seafood noodle dish and my company order the tom kha soup. I always order sake. Love it! Seafood noodle dish was mostly calamari which was not so tasty. I could barely identify the other proteins. I didnt have the soup the first time bur the second time was good. Second visit, I ordered sake, rice dish (not pictured) and shrimp and pork dumpling. The dumpling was different in taste and texture.

April 2023: Met up with my best friend & we decided to try someplace new; Thai Talay in Weschester! Cute decor, fun names for the dishes on the menu & tasty food! We enjoyed our window seat as well! Also, noticed the friendliness, as well as with long time customers...cool! Fresh Summer Rolls/Shared ($8): Plentiful & delicious! Red Devil Noodles ($15): Tasty! I appreciated the additional side spices to spice up the noodles even more...to match the name! Haha! My best friend also enjoyed his chicken pad Thai!($15) Thai Iced Tea($4.50): Excellent & refreshing! Overall: Always fun trying someplace new!
